  • Q: How do I check the status of my order?
  • A: Da Vinci Collectibles partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS. Due to this, we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending upon your location. 
  • We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us! 
  • Q: How long does shipping take?
  • A: Please allow up to 2-7 days for your order to process, and to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 2-6 days after shipped out. For International orders, please allow up to 6-10 days. 

 

  • Q:Do you Provide Tracking once your orders are shipped?
  • A: Yes, All our orders come with trackable shipping and we'll provide you the tracking number both via email and our order panel on our site if you've registered as an user.

 

  • Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?
  • A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
